Tasmīm Kitāb Tasyjīr al-Bayān `la Syarḥ Tuhfah al-Ikhwān Fī ‘Ilm al-Bayān Bi Kharītah al-Mafāhīm: Dirāsah al-Baḥṡ Wa al-Tathwīr

This study aims to design the Tasyjīr al-Bayān book of Syarḥ Tuhfah al-Ikhwān with mind mapping and to determine its effectiveness in learning bayān. The method used is the "research and development" method using the 4D theory presented by Thiagarajan. Data collection methods are observation, interviews, validation questionnaires, tests and documentation. Data analysis methods are descriptive quantitative and qualitative. The results showed that the development of the book Syarḥ Tuhfah al-Ikhwān based on a mind mapping consisted of 4 main steps, namely: 1) definition which consisted of initial analysis: the readability of the book Syarḥ Tuhfah al-Ikhwān was low, student analysis: students had difficulty in memorizing bayān rules and in distinguishing the distribution of material various teaching materials, concept analysis: the material consists of tasybīh, majāz and kināyah and the formulation of learning objectives: being able to apply the bayān rules that have been memorized when reading Arabic texts, 2) design consisting media selection: the media used is a mind mapping, initial design: book design using Microsoft Word, Canva and Adobe Illustrator applications, 3) development consisting of expert judgment: results of validation of aspects content gets a score of 92%, from the aspect of language 94%  and from the design aspect 88%, revision: the cover and color of the book are adjusted to the theme and discussion, product trials: the results of the trial show that the book developed is effectively used in bayān learning, and 4) dissemination.
